b. How do I get around within the store?
The homepage contains a photo, name and price of each of our products. Simply click on any product photo and you will be presented with detailed product information. d. Do you offer free shipping in the USA?
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 (before shipping charges & tax, if applicable, and AFTER promotions have been applied). This offer is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Offer not valid on previous purchases or for the purchase of Gift Certificates. Returns and Exchanges are not valid for Free Shipping. If you return items and your original order total drops below the minimum $50 required for this offer, you will be charged for the original shipping fee. Our Free Shipping offer is valid for all orders over $50 going to one address. When you place products in your cart that total greater than $50 you will automatically receive Free Shipping. For orders under $50 a flat shipping charge of $7.95 will be applied to your order. Orders that require expedited shipping will be charged at the published rate.
e. Do you ship orders internationally?
For customers that live outside of the Continental United States, we ship orders through the United States Postal Service. Orders are sent using Priority Mail International shipping and take between 30 to 40 days to reach your home. The total weight of your order is calculated and $23.99 is added for the first two pounds(.09kg). Any order over two pounds is charged $39.99 postage. International orders over $350 get free shipping. The buyer is responsible for any of their country's customs duty or taxes.
2. Shopping Experience
a. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders placed on the SkinRenu.com website normally ship in one to two business days and can take 3 to 5 days to arrive. International orders take 20 to 40 days to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will detail the products being shipped and the method of shipping.
b. How do I return a product?
We provide you with a "90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" on all SkinRenu products that you purchase from SkinRenu.com. For more information on our Returns Policy, please click on the Return Policy link at the bottom of the page.
c. How do I check out of the cart?
Once you have placed all of the items into your cart, simply click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom right-hand corner of the cart page. This link will take you to the Shipping and Billing page where you can fill in your address for where you would like your products delivered. For your Billing Address, be sure to give us the address that your credit card bill comes to. You can also choose your delivery options and provide any promotion codes that you may have received. When you have filled out all of the required information on the shipping and Billing page simply click on the Continue button. This will take you to the final page where you will see any applicable shipping charges or taxes for your order. If you are satisfied with the information simply hit "submit order" and we will begin processing your order as quickly as possible. It's important to note that if you would like to change any quantities in your order you will need to go back to the home page of the site and click on the shopping cart. The page will display your items and you can edit any quantities that are in your cart. Happy Shopping!
